What We Do
Nationwide Appliance Repairs provides same-day appliance repairs across Greater Melbourne from our Thomastown workshop. Our ARC-licensed technicians repair fridges, freezers, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops and rangehoods for all major brands, including Fisher & Paykel, Bosch, LG, Samsung, Miele and Westinghouse.
Every van carries the most commonly needed parts, so around 75% of repairs are completed within the first visit. Every repair is backed by a 12-month parts warranty and a 3-month labour warranty, and if the same fault returns within three months we return at no charge. We have serviced Melbourne households since 2009 and hold a 4.9-star rating from 958 Google reviews.

How the Call-Out Works
- Domestic service call is $198 inc GST, and includes the first 30 minutes of labour on site.
- Around 75% of repairs are finished inside that first 30 minutes.
- Beyond 30 minutes, labour is $49.50 inc GST per 15 minutes.
- If we need to return with a part, there is no second call-out fee — labour and parts only.
- Premium domestic appliances are $242, commercial is $286.
If your appliance isn’t worth repairing, our technician will tell you before starting work — and you pay the call-out only. No repair, no repair bill.
