Excellent customer service team when initially called, very professional and organised and were able to organise an appointment for me. While I was unfortunately unable to recreate my issue when the technician was there, Henry was friendly, professional and did his best to investigate with the limited information I was able to provide. He did a thorough check of my cooktop and oven, and the connections, and did some troubleshooting. He advised on what may be occuring and how to move forward, so I best understood my optoons. I appreciated his professionalism and honesty and will continue to engage with Nationwide Appliance Repairs if my issue persists.
