Domestic Appliance: $90 + GST
Premium Domestic Appliance: $90 + GST

Commercial Appliances: $180 + GST

Coverage:
The customer drops off the appliance at the Dandenong workshop for inspection; additional delivery charges apply for returns, with further labor and parts quoted after inspection.

For Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne:

Workshop Inspection Fee (Pickup and Delivery to Dandenong Workshop):
Domestic Small Appliance: $180 + GST
Premium Domestic Small Appliances: $180 + GST
Built-In Coffee Machines: $180 + GST
Commercial Appliances: $260 + GST

Coverage:
Pickup from the customer’s property and delivery to the Dandenong workshop, workshop inspection, and quotes for further labor and parts after inspection; return delivery not included.

Our service recall warranty includes 3 months of labour coverage and 12 months for parts. If the same fault occurs within 3 months after job completion, there is no charge.

For different faults within this period, labor charges are based on time spent, starting at $49.50 for up to 15 minutes and increasing incrementally to $396.00 for up to 120 minutes, with parts quoted separately.

Beyond 3 months, normal labor rates apply:
Domestic appliances are charged at Domestic rates, Premium domestic at Premium rates, and Commercial appliances at Commercial rates.

There is no charge if the same fault occurs within 3 months after job completion
