There are a few problems that can occur with dryers, and it’s important to know what they are before your clothes start getting heated. The most common issues include the drum not spinning because of faulty fuses or thermostats; no heat produced due to heating coils or timers being broken; if the drum spins but stops for some reason (usually from a broken belt), then perhaps roller and motor troubles exist too! The visit will include up to 30 mins of labour. Most repairs are completed within this 30-minute period. Additional labour (Per 15 mins) costs $49.50 inc GST

For Premium Domestic:
Service Call – $242.00 inc GST

For commercial services:
Total Service Call – $286.00 inc GST

This includes a mobile service van visit to your office/home/workplace from one of our trained appliance technicians. Up to 30 minutes of labour on the visit. Additional Labour (Per 15 Mins) $49.50 inc GST

We have an extensive range of spare parts backed by our 12-month warranty for all your requirements, no matter what brand your washing machine may be.

Within the first 0 to 3 months of attending the job, if the same fault recurs, there will be no charge, ensuring customer satisfaction and peace of mind.

When our dishwasher broke, my first thought was how many dishes were going to be in our future as we waited for the repair... how wrong I was! NAR upon seeing my previous review of 1 star has apologised and given me a full refund.

PREVIOUS REVIEW
I cracked the seal of my washing machine causing it to leak and called Nationwide Appliance Repairs to fix it, I chose the company based on the good reviews on Google.

When I telephoned the company to book in, I informed them of the type of machine I had and exactly what was wrong. Trying to avoid excess call outs & to fix it on the first visit..

The technician showed up for all of 10mins and said the problem was what I had stated on the phone & I was charged the $180 call out fee. I was informed it would take a couple of weeks to get the part and cost almost $700, which is ridiculous considering a quick Google has the parts listed for led than $60.

When I told them to forget about it, I'll buy a new machine - they tried to convince me a new machine is well over $1000. I told them that is not the case & didn't appreciate being asked to "check with my husband first".

It's obvious they make their money on the call out fees, so I'd recommend finding a different company to anyone looking for repairs.

Henry was professional and conscientious. The freezer was icing up since the door seal had failed. Spare parts were ordered and this took three weeks for them to be delivered. However this is probably an issue with the manufacturer. Henry made a courtesy call to let me know that he would be arriving soon. He replaced the door seals and a new shelf I had ordered and ensured the freezer was properly dried out and all shelves and drawers had been replaced correctly.
Other than the length of time required for the spare parts to be delivered I was very happy with the service from Henry.
As a suggestion to the company, perhaps you should keep the customer in the loop on the status of the parts order with an email to reassure the customer that you are taking care of the job as best you can.
