I had Jimmy come over to take a look at my Washing Machine which failed to drain. The organisation was quick, responsive, and efficient. Jimmy was on time, fixed the issue within a short period, and gave some follow-up care advice to ensure no future faults.

De'Longhi dishwasher repair - Called on Monday and Jimmy, the technician who came on Tuesday, phoned about 20 minutes before he arrived. Jimmy was very knowledgeable identified the issue very quickly. He explained the issue and how it could be resolved and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Jimmy was helpful, professional and courteous. I would use this service again and I would specifically ask for Jimmy.

Very efficient service over the phone - Technician was at my place in less than a week. The technician I had was very knowledgeable, friendly and was on time. The call out fee was a little pricey, but this price also includes ongoing service from the team who worked very hard to help me find quality parts for repairs or a new machine.

The technician was very knowledgeable and arrived in time to fix Technika cooktop. Recieved a follow-up call after the service was performed to check if the appliance is working fine. The lead time for the parts to arrive was 6 weeks which was bit frustrating as we were promised around 10 working days. But overall experience was good. Communication about the delay could have been better.
