Prompt service (within 24 hours) when our Samsung fridge broke down (other repairmen had wait lists of a week or said they couldn’t fix a 4 door fridge). Adam was fantastic, quickly identified the issue and fixed the fan which was obstructed with no further charge. He was polite and meticulous in cleaning everything before putting the fridge back together. Would highly recommend if your fridge breaks down.

Fixed our dishwasher quickly - 2 days after I called. Lovely guy booked appointment, and nice repair guy. Kept us informed through whole process. Only thing I’d say is to be prepared if you’re the first job (7am to 11am call out) - you’ll get calls super early at 6.30am to inform you he’d arrive by 7am. Lucky my husband is an early riser.

Henry was on time and very fast at diagnosing the problem with our oven. He was able to complete the job quickly and without any dramas. The oven was tested once the oven was fixed. An extremely professional experience and I’d recommend him for any appliance repairs.
Happy with the service. Few things to watch out for, though. Although I prepaid, the serviceman was not provided with that information and I had forgotten it had been done. Serviceman offered for me to pay cash, less the GST. That was very unprofessional. I got the refund but was REALLY pleased I didn't pay the second time in cash.

Nationwide Appliance Repair ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I've just had my dryer changed from a pull out draw (that would get stuck) to a hose that drains straight into the sink. HIGHLY recommend these guys. He didn't muck around, was polite efficient and done the job. He looked at my washing machine as well as was straight with me that to rewire all the wires chewed by mice would cost way too much and it would be better to replace it. No thanks to the previous company who come out said I need a new part that cost me $400 then after installing said part said I'd need all new wiring. True waste of money they were. ILVE broken oven door hinge, range hood stopped working and microwave button broken. On the 1st appointment, each appliance was assessed, recommendations given for repair/replacement, then parts ordered. Ashwin and Anup attended for the final appointment to repair the appliances. They were punctual and polite. They also cleaned up after their repairs. Happy with the repairs so far.
Adam provided same day service to fix my washing machine which completely died. Whilst the prognosis was a different issue Adam was quickly, polite really knowledgeable and in/out within 30mins. Highly highly recommend Adam and the company to everyone. They provide electrical services as well and Adam was able to give me a quote for that service too but needed to be installed by an electrician under the same company name! Thanks a million Adam

Outstanding service. I had the common dilemma of a 20 year stove that stopped working. When I looked into replacement I was up for 2k or more. I contacted National Appliance Repairs to see if they could assess. Henry was he very knowledgeable repairman and I couldn't be happier with the service. I did have to wait for parts but each time i got Henry and he fixed everything. Cannot recommend this company enough. They tell you up front of costs and are very reliable.
We had a E4 error on our Delonghi dishwasher after just moving house. The usual steps failed so called Nationwide Appliance Service, next morning Henry arrived, very professional, he did a quick diagnosis of the problem replaced the non Delonghi brand drain hose, all fixed. Fast professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend using Nationwide.

Jimmy from Nationwide appliances was efficient and courteous, ringing about 30mins before he came and communicating well about what the problem with our Fisher and Paykal dishwasher and what was required. The motor needed replacing which was expensive so rinse your plates so hard objects don't get into and damage the motor. Would be very happy to use this service again . Julia
