Dan was incredible. Came in nice and early for the callout and then again early on a public holiday when the part arrived. He fixed the dishwasher super quick and gave me heads up on what to keep an eye out for.

Our oven door had a broken hinge and we couldn't open it but Jimmy & Marsh came to our rescue. Our wok burner was also out of commission due to a broken thermo couple. Was a MASSIVE job as the glass panes had to be painstakingly removed in order to get the door off but the guys were diligent and took great care to avoid any damage. Every step was explained and every question was answered to keep us informed of progress and any risks or problems that arose. Service was also friendly and efficient, I highly recommend. We now have a working oven & stovetop again, thanks guys!
